We hope you love your Theo & Wild purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We really hope that you love your products, but of course we understand that at times that you may want to return an item. In the event that you want to request a refund, please contact us on info@theoandwild.com within 14 days of receiving your order to raise your request.
Returned items must arrive to us in the same condition as when you received them and be returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we deem the product has been used and is in an unsellable condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage and we recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for lost items in transit.
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 working days of receiving the return, and will be refunded to the original payment method used when the order was placed. Please note we do not refund shipping charges unless the item is faulty and we cannot be held responsible for any interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for the returns to be refunded to your card.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
In this case, we’ll cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.
